Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.
Processing may take longer during festivals, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping charges may depend on the delivery location, package weight, and applicable offers.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through the phone number or email provided during checkout.
You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment.
6. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and valid phone number.
Madhu Fancy and Fashion is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
7. Failed Delivery
If the customer is unavailable during delivery or provides incorrect address/contact details, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
8. Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible.
We recommend taking photographs/videos of the package, shipping label, and product and sharing them with us for verification.
9. Wrong or Missing Product
If you receive a wrong or missing product, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs/videos.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution according to our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, transportation problems, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
